Here is a basic outline I just posted out of 2 Timothy 4. It involves a list of 11 things that preachers need to keep before them as they work in their ministries. I hope it blesses you. It's simple but can be built into a powerful teaching as well as giving you personal edificaiton.

I try to listen to something inspirational often as I also do this with something humorous. I find it helps me. I just watched a clip from Rocky Balboa that is very very good. In it, he addresses his son who had been complaining about having to live in his shadow. It's a great speech and one that could be used on Father's day for sure to bring out how a Dad should speak to his children's destiny and encourage them to be courageous. Watch and enjoy.
