I began a sermon series in our Wednesday night service called KINGDOM PLEASURES. Unless directed otherwise, I will be continuing this in the morning. There is so much to learn about the environment that exists in Heaven that we can experience on Earth. I hope you will be present and bring a friend with you. This series is to help you experience God in your daily life as you experience just how much access you have to the Kingdom of God and its awesome power. Did you know that it gives Father God pleasure to give YOU the Kingdom?

We (ARK and GRACE HOUSE) are honored to host the monthly regional gathering of churches at Grace House this weekend. Please make plans to be there and worship with us. Christ Chapel, Father's House, The ARK, and Grace House have been doing this together the last 18 months or so. It is always wonderful. The service begins at 6:00 p.m.

We are so grateful to our worship team members for their faithfulness in leading us in worship each week. Andrew is doing a great job as our worship leader and has just finished his first year. He will be away the next two Sundays, and we are happy to have Blake Sutton, this week, and Micah Walley, next week who will lead our team members in Andrew's absence. Pray for Andrew as he is away and for our worship team as well.

Our ushers and greeters do a great job each week making people feel welcome and having everything ready for them when they arrive. Just a reminder for you about the prophetic word released on Wednesday night, June 20th, concerning the first three weeks in August. Basically, the word was an encouragement to expect tokens from the Lord the first 21 days of August with the knowledge that each of these blessings would be a token of much greater blessings to come to supply everything needed that God has called our church family to do. The word also spoke of unusual miracles and release and activation of spiritual gifts. Financial blessings, promotions, and more such be expected as well. I believe, as do several prophetic voices in our fellowship, that it is important for us to believe and sow into this season with expectancy. The Scripture teaches us that if we are faithful with little then more will be entrusted to us. Our testimonies and faith are all very important.

In the past five months, through your giving, you have impacted congregations and ministers in Trinidad, provided a conference to educate students in Lauderdale County about the danger of drugs, ministered to pastors in Montana, helped provide soul care and goods for Native Americans in Wyoming, shared Jesus love with the neglected children of prostitutes who walk the streets of Pattaya, Thailand. We also had a small team who traveled to New Mexico to minister on an Indian Reservation. There are many stories of lives impacted through this Kingdom going and giving. Another missions trip is being prayed about and planned now to return to Carriacou, Petite Martinque, and possibly Trinidad.

Mitch and Dana McGregor will be communicating with our youth concerning some get-togethers outside our church services just to have some fun hang-out time to experience and share the love of Jesus. 

The Supernatural School of Ministry at the ARK will begin on Monday evening, September 10th. Please pray to see if you should attend this year. Also, there are several young people who desire to go but who need scholarship help. Pray about providing a scholarship or part of a scholarship to assist someone in becoming equipped to to release the Kingdom. Mikki and I will be helping teach this year and are very excited about being a part of this life changing experience.

We hosted the monthly city pastors meeting this past Friday morning. It was a wonderful meeting and we all enjoyed ham, sausage, biscuits, and chocolate gravy thanks to Sandra and Russell Harper. The pastors were able to also view our facilities and hear about the things happening in our midst. It was truly a good time.

Just a quick note to let you know that GRACE HOUSE and The ARK will be having a church wide picnic. This will be after Labor Day weekend, and we will give you the details a little later after we have secured our spot. Get ready to have a blast!
