Hello Grace House Family,
Our God is Mighty!!!! I declare that
over each of your lives. Your Father is watching over you and He is at work to bring forth your destiny in Him. Say yes always to His working. Do not delay or hold back. Press in with your yes and amen to all His promises in Christ Jesus our Lord.
There is always resistance to His destiny for your life. One of the things we have to repeatedly deal with is temptation. I plan on speaking to this this coming Sunday.Temptation is a reality in life. The Bible teaches us that even Jesus was tempted. Most of us know the
gnawing crushing sense of failure that comes from yielding to temptation. The good news is that God’s Word gives us some insight on how to be empowered in the face of temptation. I look forward to sharing this Sunday a teaching I’ve entitled, Tempted. Standing Strong in the Face of Wrong. There is a power loaded section of Scripture the Apostle Paul wrote that we’ll be looking at together this Sunday at Grace House. We'll gather for worship at 9:30 a.m. and then we’ll
dive into the Word together. We'll enjoy celebrating God’s presence with one another. Hope to see you this Sunday at Grace House.
Is there someone you could invite to attend service with you? Why not give them a call, text, or visit and ask them to
join you for church on Sunday morning.

NIGHT OF HEALING - THIS SUNDAY 6:00 P.M.
We always enjoy have Joni Ames with us at Grace House. Joni is family. She has faithfully ministered to Grace House from our earliest
days and to many of us before that. Her prophetic words to us corporately and individually have proven accurate and true. We honor her. She will be with us this coming Wednesday night. Usually Joni spends time ministering individually to a number of the people in the audience with life giving prophetic words. I encourage you to make plans with us and bring a friend. Please be praying for this special service. Pray for the Lord to be honored, the people to be blessed and activated, and for Joni
to honored and blessed. I believe it will be a wonderful time together.
During the month of October we ask that you pray for the children of Honduras and for those who are in need of housing. We will be partnering with the ministry of Dr. Jorge Ponce who serves the people of Honduras as a medical
doctor and a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He was in our service recently and several of our people have been with him on the mission field and seen first hand the many ways God is using him. We are asking that each family consider donating at least $10 to go toward two different needs we are focusing on.
1. Providing a Christmas gift for the underprivileged children of the area where Dr. Jorge serves.
2. There is a community of people also that actually live in houses made of cardboard. An example is seen below.
Of course, if you are able to give financially, please sow your prayers. We also will be asking you to write a Christmas card that will be given to a child there. We will have a basket on the table the last two Sundays of October to receive cards and donations.
The offering will be sent to Dr. Jorge's ministry. They will be able to buy many more gifts by purchasing them there and not having the shipping charges from here. Thank you for having such a heart for the nations.
We are honored to announce that Grace House will be hosting a WYAM DTS. This Discipleship Training School will be used to equip people called to be missionaries in
the nations around the world. There will be a group of 24 students from across the nation and world who will be with us for 7 days. They are here to immerse themselves in our Grace House culture and will be receiving ministry from a number of people in our Grace House family. There will be a School of Worship and a regular DTS at the same time. We will also will be asking a number of you to provide housing for these precious servants of the Lord. We will also need lots of help in providing
meals. This opportunity is so in line with what we feel Grace House is called to be. Matt Standridge is running point on this for us, so pray for him. More info and volunteer sign-up Sunday.
