The FORTIFIED Life
Hello Grace House Family,
Another great week is behind us and hopefully an even greater week is before us. Last Sunday's service still lingers in my mind. It was so glorious and the roar of the praise of the people, the joy in the house, the people's lives that were touched by God's Spirit moving were all so powerful. And the Wednesday service was so life-giving and what a crowd we had for our mid-week service.
Pastor Andrew has been busy this week getting our stage all ready for Sunday and the carpet is being finished today in the Worship Center. It's a whole new look and I think you are going to love it. We are grateful to all the new improvements being made and more than that the new faces we are seeing each week coming from all directions.
This Sunday morning we'll be learning about The Fortified Life. This is another teaching that is very needful and practical. The worship team will be amped and ready to lead us into the presence, so make plans to be present and bring some friends with you. God is moving in our midst.....come join the celebration of His goodness with us.
On Sunday evening, we are excited about two things happening. At 6:00 p.m., our students (grades 8-12) and parents will be coming together for a Launch Party led by our new student pastors, Scott and Megan Sewell. Yeah God!
At 6:30 p.m., the North Alabama Men's Encounter will be having their celebration service at Grace House. If you enjoy hearing testimonies of people who have encountered God's love and have been filled by His Spirit, you'll be blessed at this service. Get on board, it's gonna be good.

Our mission project for the month of August is focusing on the upcoming trip of Jim and Anne Bevis to Israel. They will be there for a two month stay in which they will be ministering to pastors of Arab Congregations,
Messianic Congregations, & other Christian Congregations. Jim & Anne will be making information available to you at a table in the commons area on Sunday, August 16 & Sunday, August 23rd. On those dates, we will also have an opportunity for you to sow into this very strategic mission assignment to Israel. So be praying for them and praying for you may be able to sow into the lives of our brothers and sisters in Israel through Jim & Anne's ministry there.
COME PREPARED TO GIVE THIS SUNDAY AT THE TABLE IN THE COMMONS AREA. MAKE YOUR CHECKS OUT TO GRACE HOUSE AND WE WILL PUT IT ALL TOGETHER AND GIVE IT TO JIM AND ANNE.
