This Sunday's Message
We all need to be Battle Ready! There are certain things we can do to prepare ourselves for the attacks and assaults that come in life. It is much better to be ready than to have to get ready. Our readiness affects all the people around us. The Lord is calling for us as His army to arise and be equipped to see daily victory in our lives and to see the souls of lost people saved. Are you prepared to rise up in a moment's notice to see breakthrough in an urgent prayer need? For your family? Your children? Your marriage? Your finances? To see the Lord's healing flow when you happen upon a person battling sickness? To overcome a planned attack of temptation from the enemy? Again, it is much better to be ready than to have to get ready. This Sunday is about being ready. I look forward to all the Lord is going to do.

Grace House has been particularly honored by the Lord's presence in our services in this season. We are all aware of a stirring in our hearts concerning a deeper hunger for Him and for revival for our region. This past Wednesday night I was moved by the passion of our people as everyone cried out to the Lord and as we entered into a time of prophetic declaration and decreeing. It was powerful. Charlotte Matthews shared a clear challenge with us regarding becoming possessed by our love for Him.

I am so humbled to be in such a loving fellowship with people who love God and each other. I often am told by visitors that they are touched by the love of God that people express and that they also sense God's loving presence in our services. Let's all continue to contend for all the Lord has for us at Grace House. The best is yet to come.

Will you call or contact someone and invite them to our services this Sunday? Ask the Lord who to contact. This is the time to press in and be committed to all the Lord has for us. Let's do it!
RECEPTION TO HONOR
PASTOR DOC AND JUNE SHELL
THIS SUNDAY FROM 2-4 p.m. AT CHRIST CHAPEL
Pastor Doc and June Shell are treasures in our region and have been for many years. They have been the Senior Pastors at Christ Chapel since it's inception in 1979. For 35 years they have preached the Gospel and loved people in our city and grown a flagship church in our region. Pastor Doc is one of the spiritual fathers in the lives of so many of us.  He is one of those who will take arrows for his brothers and has done so for me. He has been a special friend to Grace House since our beginning and has been so very supportive of us. He also has an apostolic heart for our region and for the nations which has been proven by his faithfulness and fruitfulness over the years. He is now transitioning to a new season and I am sure that He and Mrs. June will have a continued and powerful place of influence in the Kingdom. There will be a reception to honor this precious couple this coming Sunday at Christ Chapel from 2 - 4 p.m. in the fellowship hall of the Church. I am sure they would appreciate the presence of any of you who have been touched by their ministry. I believe this a come and go event.
