~ THIS SUNDAY MORNING ~
HONORING THE GOD OF
REVIVAL
The Azusa Street Revival of 1906 was really the tipping point for a worldwide pentecostal outpouring where a great restoration occurred involving the baptism of the Holy Spirit and divine healing.
In addition, this was an explosive movement in regard to women in ministry and the coming together of the races. This event was monumental. I am excited about sharing with you about Azusa.
Please plan to be in attendance and would you consider contacting a friend or family member and invite them to come? We are gaining understanding together of how important it is to honor the God of
Revival.
THIS IS THE LAST SUNDAY
FOR MISSIONS BOOK BAZAR
This Sunday will be the last Sunday you'll be able to purchase a favorite Christian book, music
CD or piece of Christian art. We will help support Wycliffe Bible Translators in the work of getting the Bible into the language of 2000 people groups around the world who still do not have a copy of the Bible in a language they can read and understand. These items are located in the Grace House commons area.
THE ACTS 2:17 PROPHETIC COMMUNITY
MEETS THIS SUNDAY AT 2:30 p.m
This Wednesday night in the Adult service, we will hear a little more about the Azusa Street revival and then experience an open
meeting of testimonies, prayer, and praise!
NOTE: THE NIGHT OF HEALING FOR SEPTEMBER WILL BE THE THIRD SUNDAY NIGHT (Sept. 21st) INSTEAD OF THE FOURTH DUE TO A CONFLICT IN SCHEDULING. HELP US GET THE WORD OUT!
