Hello Grace House Family,

We are so excited about what God is doing and what He has planned for our congregation. I am happy to share with you that heavy machinery should arrive tomorrow (Friday, March 12th) to begin the site preparation for our new facility. Yeah God!

Also, we want to share with you the upcoming changes concerning our worship services. As I shared this past Sunday, Governor Kay Ivey has extended until April 9th the guidelines we have been following this past year during the pandemic. She stated, “We need to get past Easter and hopefully allow more Alabamians to get their first shot before we take a step some other states have taken to remove the mask order altogether and lift other restrictions. Folks, we are not there yet, but goodness knows we’re getting closer.”

This seems to mean that after April 9th, the current guidelines will be lifted, unless something unforeseen arises. So, with this in mind here is what we have planned:

We will continue as before until Easter Sunday. We will add an additional service on Easter Sunday, but we will still be under the guidelines and hopefully this will be the last Sunday for the guidelines. Here are the details for you. Note that the Sunday after Easter the plans are to lift the guidelines.

EASTER SUNDAY, APRIL 4^th,

8:00 a.m. – Outdoor Worship Service (Abbreviated to about 35 minutes)
9:00 a.m. – Indoor Worship Service (mask till seated with seats roped off) Nursery and Children’s ministries provided.
10:30 a.m. - Indoor Worship Service (mask till seated with seats roped off) Nursery and Children’s ministries provided.
10:30 a.m. – Online Livestreamed Service

BEGINNING SUNDAY, APRIL 11^th and Beyond

8:00 a.m. – Outdoor Worship Service (Abbreviated to about 35 minutes)
9:00 a.m. – Indoor Worship Service, Nursery and Children’s ministries provided.
10:30 a.m. - Indoor Worship Service, Nursery and Children’s ministries provided.
10:30 a.m. – Online Livestreamed Service

BEGINNING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14^th and Beyond

6:30 p.m. – Worship, Devotional & Ministry Time; Youth, Preteen, and Children’s Classes and Nursery

Thank you all so much for being faithful and flexible. Please continue to pray that those so affected by the hardships of this season would be strengthened and restored. Also pray that the construction of our new facility would go smoothly.
