NEW MINISTRIES LAUNCHING We are adding three new areas of ministry and pastoral oversight to our Grace House family. Please pray with us for the Lord's favor and blessing to rest upon our new leaders and these ministries. We will be sharing more details about this on Sunday
and announcing a huge Launch Party to celebrate and start it off in style! |
We will be installing D.J. & Sarah Hall as Associate Pastors to oversee our 20 Somethings which will include people who are 18 (and out of high school) up to age 30. These younger adults of Grace House are amazing and bring so much energy and passion to our midst; we
look forward to what is going to happen among them. We will be installing Matthew & Kimberly Standridge as Associate Pastors to oversee our 30 Somethings which will include people who are age 30 up to age 40. Our 30 Somethings are incredible and active young
adults who bring lots of life to Grace House. We look for great things to come out of this group as well. We will be installing Derrick & Dana Wallace as Associate Pastors to oversee our 40-55 Somethings which will include people who are age 40 up to age 55. These 40-55 Somethings are powerful
median adults at Grace House who add the spice and seasoning of life that having older children and more life experience provides.
COMMUNITY MISSIONS BRING SNACKS THIS SUNDAY!!

This coming Sunday, February 12th, we ask that you bring some snacks that will be delivered to the Florence Police Department to bless the Law Enforcement Officers who serve and protect us day in and day out. Things like candy bars, granola bars, healthy snacks, snack sized packages of nuts and dried fruits, cookies, chips, etc. Let's bless the men and women of our Police Department. In a couple of months, we'll focus on our Fire Departments.

Feb 12 - Bring a Snack Sunday for the Florence Police Department to show our gratitude and support to them.
This is a simple hands on way to reach out into our community with the love of Christ.

Shoals Sav-A-Life - We are filling baby bottles with coins, cash, and checks to
help pregnant women to choose life. Shoals Sav-A-Life has many services that help the unborn to be protected and also services that help pregnant mothers in need. A very worthy cause. Let's bless them. Please pick up one of the baby bottles in the Commons Area and take it home and bring it back filled with coins, cash, and/or check. Make checks to Shoals Sav-A-Life.
In January, GH has also
sown into Kingdom Connections International, Restoration Ranch, Joni Ames Prophetic Ministry, Alabama Statewide Kingdom Leaders Gathering, and Casey Doss Ministry in addition to our ongoing missions giving.
SUNDAYS - Grace Kids have a fantastic time of interactive teaching, worship, and lots of fun. Franie and Jason Deaton do a wonderful job of leading both our Sunday morning times of Children's worship.
WEDNESDAYS - Wednesday nights are Kindermusik nights at GH for our children. We have a terrific team leading our Kindermusik program and the kids love this internationally known and loved approach to educate and stimulate children's interest and understanding of the arts. |
Our Rooted Preteens meet each Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. and have a great time exploring God's Word, connecting with each other, and engaging in fun activities.

We welcome all students in 5th-7th grade!!! Can't wait to see all our preteens as we begin this new & exciting year!!!
Rooted Preteens (5th-7th graders) will be going to Point Mallard's Ice Complex to Ice Skate on Sat, Feb 25th!
•We'll leave GH at 2pm (skating from 3-4:30pm) & plan to return around 6pm.
•Cost is $10/each, which covers skating
admission, skate rental, & $2 gas for drivers
•I need a head count of those going so we can arrange for transportation

RISE Students meet each Sunday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Center at Grace House for worship, the Word, and a great time together. |

This is the prayer points I shared with our GH family a few Sundays ago. We are agreeing together to see the following culture and atmosphere cultivated in our midst.
WE, AS THE GRACE HOUSE FAMILY, AGREE & DECLARE THAT:
1. Our family members will be
saved, in love with God, & fulfilling their destiny.
2. There will be no sickness or premature death in our midst.
3. Our marriages & families will live in unity & peace & joy.
4. We will live in faith with no lack breaking the power of the curse of poverty.
5. We will be emotionally & mentally healthy.
6. We will be protected & delivered from evil.
7. We will be spiritually equipped & engaged in the Kingdom of God reaching
people for Jesus
Christ.
